No se entendía a lo guías en español y tampoco se oía al guía de Salzburgo si estabas algo alejado del guía o al final del grupo Perdimos al guía por tener que adquirir paraguas porque nos llovió durante toda la excursión y no íbamos preparados para la lluvia. Habiéndole advertido de nuestra necesidad. Terminamos empapados y sin el guía. Nos pararon a desayunar en una cafetería cara sin avisarnos que en la estación de servicio podíamos desayunar por la mitad de precio.

The guides weren't understandable in Spanish, and you couldn't hear the Salzburg guide if you were far away from him or at the back of the group. We lost our guide because we had to buy umbrellas since it rained the entire tour and we weren't prepared for the rain, even though we had warned him about our need. We ended up soaked and without our guide. They stopped us for breakfast at an expensive café without telling us we could have breakfast at the gas station for half the price.

En el camino de ida paramos innecesariamente tres veces, por lo que tuvimos menos tiempo en Salzburgo. La parada en la abadía de Melk no merece la pena, ya que ni siquiera te dejan ver los jardines. A la hora de volver el conductor se retrasó media hora con conocimiento suficiente de tiempo para que nos hubiesen avisado por whatsapp y aprovechar ese tiempo adicional, pero no fue así.

On the way there, we made three unnecessary stops, which meant we had less time in Salzburg. The stop at Melk Abbey wasn't worth it, as they don't even let you see the gardens. On the return trip, the driver was half an hour late, even though they had enough time to notify us via WhatsApp and allow us to use that extra time, but they didn't.

Cuando escogí el tour pensé que lo había hecho Hallstat y Salzburgo, tristemente me equivoqué y solo escogí Salzburgo, la verdad es q no vale la pena viajar tantas horas para un recorrido tan corto por la ciudad, me parece que ir solo a Salzburgo no es un tour agradable. Pensé que íbamos a ver más en los lagos y solo tuvimos tiempo para una foto. La guía hizo las cosas muy bien pero el tour a mi parecer no vale la pena

When I chose the tour, I thought it included Hallstatt and Salzburg, but sadly I was wrong and only chose Salzburg. Honestly, it's not worth traveling so many hours for such a short tour of the city. I don't think going only to Salzburg is a pleasant tour. I thought we were going to see more at the lakes, but we only had time for one photo. The guide did a great job, but in my opinion, the tour isn't worth it.
