Teníamos entradas a las 4pm. Estuvimos en la oficina 20 minutos antes como se indicaba esperando. Salimos a la calle a las 4.05 a esperar al guía que nos acompañó a la entrada, al lado de la basura a pleno sol de Roma en agosto, nos reparten los ticket y dan las indicaciones, muy obvias, sobre como comportarse en el museo. En total unos 10-15 min en la calle al sol...podrían haberlo hecho lo mismo en la oficina durante la espera y así no entrar 15 min más tarde de la hora reservada. Muy caro.

We had tickets for 4 pm. We were at the office 20 minutes early, as instructed, waiting. We went outside at 4:05 pm to wait for the guide who would accompany us to the entrance. We stood next to the garbage in the blazing August sun of Rome. They handed out the tickets and gave us the very obvious instructions on how to behave in the museum. In total, we spent about 10-15 minutes outside in the sun... they could have done the same thing at the office while we waited, so we wouldn't have had to enter 15 minutes late. Very expensive.

Con el precio que pagamos (330€ por 2 adultos y 2 niños) fue abusivo . El guía nos dejó a la entrada, que todo lo que habló fue en inglés y luego seguimos solos por el museo. Con el precio esperaba mucho más. Vale la pena visitar los museos pero no a este precio, fue una estafa.

We got in very quickly and didn't have to worry about being in a group, since everyone went their own way. La experiencia ha sido regular. Lo pedimos en español y la guía no hablaba nada de español. Nos dejó en la puerta sin saber cómo proceder, casi… y les pasó a más personas de las que estábamos en el grupo.
