Mal es poco, ¡FATAL! Nadie se puso en contacto conmigo, esperamos en el sitio indicado a la hora como indicaba en el bono y nadie apareció. Nos pusimos en contacto con el proveedor por teléfono nos dijeron que estaban de camino y en 5 minutos aparecerían. Esperamos otra media hora, volvimos a llamar y nos comunicaron que se había cancelado, que en teoría el día antes nos habían mandado un e-mail. Ese e-mail no existe, estoy esperando la devolución del dinero. Muy muy mal y comunicación nula.

Bad is little, FATAL! Nobody contacted me, we waited at the indicated place at the time as indicated on the voucher and nobody showed up. Errore nella programmazione della prenotazione. ERRORE VOSTRO, non di Parmalook, che sono stati gentilissimi e organizzati. Fino a due giorni risultavamo in questo tour, poi ieri, nei vostri sistemi eravamo prenotati per lunedì 28, perciò il tour è iniziato senza di noi. Fortunatamente il tour operator locale Parmalook sono corsi a riprenderci e siamo riusciti ad arrivare in tempo per farlo. Comunque abbiamo deciso di non affidarci mai più al vostro servizio, ma solamente a tour operator locali!

Until two days ago we were listed for this tour, then yesterday, in your systems we were booked for Monday the 28th, so the tour started without us.
