Muy bonito todo, ninguna queja. Es un lugar muy bonito. Nunca tuvimos contratiempos, solo la lluvia un rato pero en general todo fue muy bien. Lo único es que el regreso a la ciudad fue por nuestra parte porque el transporte salía como 2 horas y media antes del cierre y ese tiempo en los parques era muy importante. Llegamos tarde 5 minutos al encuentro del autobús ni una llamada ni una alternativa para poder ir al parque. Te cobran 100€ casi por ir y volver con ellos en bus cuando encuentro tren cuesta 5€ ir y volver una estaba colosal vaya. El bus de vuelta vuelve a las 9 de la noche lo cual te pierdes el espectáculo final de Disney nose donde está la Gracia de esta actividad si te saltas lo mejor que ofrece. Una decepción vaya

We arrived 5 minutes late to the bus meeting point, and there wasn't even a phone call or an alternative way to get to the park. They charge almost €100 for a round trip bus ride, when I found a train that costs €5 round trip—it was outrageous! El servicio es bueno pero la guía no te da punto de referencia para el regreso no te dan número de contacto en caso de que te pierdas, simplemente sino llegas a la hora acordada te dejan. No respetan el número de paradas en mi regreso hicieron 4 paradas que no estaban incluidas la cual retraso mi llegada más de una hora

SCAM! Booked via Civitatis + Magic Ways (tickets + transport to Disney). They waited until we were at the gates of Disney to inform us the tickets had been oversold and we could not enter. Last day of our trip, so there was absolutely no chance to return or reschedule, and they denied our son, and us, the Disney experience. We followed all instructions, arrived on time, and still lost the entire day. No refund (552 USD), no communication, no accountability so far. Avoid at all costs.

Espectacular experiencia, recomiendo comprar el ticket de solo un parque ya que los dos es abarcar mas de lo posible y no vereis todo, sin embargo con el de un parque exprimiras al maximo al que vayas, y ya como comentario personal recomendable ir al parque disneyland antes que a los estudios, es mucho mas grande y divertido, sea cual sea la edad. El paseo es muy bueno, te evitan el transporte hacia los parques, lo único es que el regreso es antes del show final del cierre del parque, si te quieres regresar antes no hay problema, pero si te quieres quedar hasta el final, ya te regresas por tu cuenta, aunque no es difícil porque la estación del tren está ahí cerca, lo malo es que vas a llegar ya muy noche a tu hospedaje porque el tren espera a que casi salgan y suban todos los que estaban en el parque. El personal nos atendió muy amablemente, además hablaba varios idiomas incluyendo español. El bus llega sobre las 10am y regresa a las 7pm. Sólo esperó 5min. Si no se llega a tiempo o se prefiere seguir en el parque, hay tren y taxi. Punto de mejora: el texto del bono PDF es confuso, dice "El tour parte desde el núm.. 20 de la Place Vins de France (...) el guía os estará esperando (...) en la parada de autobús (...) A hora do regresso está marcada para as 19h. A essa hora inicia o desfile de encerramento. Se vai com a ideia de ver os personagens e afins esqueça marcar oa bilhetes com transfere. Poupe o dinheiro a mais do transfere e apanhe o RER assim sempre vê o desfile.
