A visita não ocorreu como planejamos e de acordo com a compra realizada, compramos os ingressos com o guia em português para o dia 16/7/26 às 14h30. A Civitatis contratou os serviços, chegando lá o guia disse: ou faz a visita agora com o áudio guia e receberá reembolso, ou somente às 16h30 terá o guia em português."Fomos obrigados a aceitar o áudio guia porque o turista tem programações e o reembolso não aconteceu

Prenotato ingresso con visita guidata. Purtroppo la nostra guida si è ammalata e abbiamo dovuto ripiegare sull'audioguida. Logicamente non è la stessa cosa. Comunque sia Brian che ci ha contattato più di un'ora prima per avvisarci del cambio di programma, sia le persone che ci hanno indirizzato verso l'ingresso sono state molto cordiali e disponibili. Ora attendo di esser contattata per il rimborso parziale che dovrebbe venirmi accreditato.

I booked a ticket with a guided tour. Unfortunately, our guide got sick and we had to rely on the audio guide. Logically, it's not the same. Bonjour, très belle visite avec notre guide pour la galerie de l'académie. Par contre, nous avons réservé des billets avec audioguide pour la cathédrale, le dôme, le baptistaire , le musée, le campanile, ensuite pour le palais pitti et le jardin boboli. Nous avons rencontré beaucoup de difficulté à télécharger l'application, on ne nous a pas renseigner sur les codes d'accès une vraie "galère" . On ne nous a pas préciser aussi que les écouteurs devaient être adapté à nos portables. très déçu.

Hello, we had a very nice visit with our guide to the Accademia Gallery. However, we booked tickets with audio guides for the Cathedral, the Dome, the Baptistery, the Museum, the Campanile, and then for the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. We had a lot of trouble downloading the app; we weren't given any information about the access codes, which was a real hassle. We also weren't told that the headphones needed to be compatible with our phones. Very disappointed.

No dia anterior à noite, dia 25, recebi uma msg com a informação que a visita guiada em português não era possível e, com a proposta de ser uma visita guiada em inglês. Em inglês para mim não dá. Então a sugestão do operador foi uma visita com áudio em português. Aceitei, com a devolução da diferença (Civitatis - valor c/ áudio em português p/ a G. da Academia no dia 26/03 》35,99 €). Para mim uma visita guiada para as galerias é muito mais interessante. Espero que assumam a devolução.

The night before, on the 25th, I received a message with the information that the guided tour in Portuguese was not possible and, with the proposal to have a guided tour in English. Fui informado duas horas antes que o guia que falava português teve um problema de saúde (até aí sem problemas), porém eles nao tinham mais ninguém falando português e sugeriram a visita em inglês ou espanhol no mesmo dia. Fui na visita em espanhol, nao entendi nada e nao tive reembolso. Péssima experiência.

I was informed two hours before that the guide who spoke Portuguese had a health issue (up to that point, no problems), but they had no one else who spoke Portuguese and suggested the visit in English or Spanish on the same day. I went on the Spanish visit, didn’t understand anything, and didn’t get a refund. Terrible experience.

Ho pagato 100 euro di biglietti per la visita guidata, ma solo 10 minuti prima vengono contattata telefonicamente da un certo Fabio dove mi dice che la visita guidata non verrà fatta per non aver raggiunto il numero minimo di persone. Mi ha detto che provvedeva per il rimborso parziale ma fino ad ora ancora niente, ho provato a richiamare più volte ma non risponde né alle chiamate né ai messaggi. Vorrei un riscontro, grazie.

Purtroppo al mio arrivo non c era la guida in Italiano quindi non bene, ma il ragazzo è stato gentile e si è prodigato per trovarci una guida sul momento di fortuna, alla fine l ha trovata anche se ci ha potuto far fare solo una visita di una mezz oretta... quindi bene ma non benissimo direi ;-)

Unfortunately, upon my arrival there was no guide in Italian, so it wasn't great, but the guy was nice and made an effort to find us a guide on the spot, in the end he found one even though he could only give us a half-hour tour... so it was good, but not great I would say ;-)

A experiência foi péssima. Não houve visita com guia em português e o ingresso entregue era apenas um pequeno pedaço de papel, o que inclusive quase me impediu de entrar na academia. Precisei chamar a pessoa que me entregou o ticket para conseguir acessar o local. Não recomendo este passeio da forma como foi oferecido. Vale mais a pena comprar diretamente pelo site oficial.

The experience was terrible. There was no guided tour in Portuguese and the ticket given was just a small piece of paper, which almost prevented me from entering the gym. I had to call the person who handed me the ticket to gain access to the place. I do not recommend this tour as it was offered. It is better to buy directly from the official website.
